Note for Benita:

After the red carpet and reception, Alphaeus will reconnect with Alexias and students Keke and Mona. Please note: Keke and Mona will not be participating in the red carpet interviews, but they will sit with Alphaeus and Alexias in the camera seats during the show. This is part of our intentional effort to spread participation opportunities among the choir—a method I’ve previously used for several years in a row with Pure-N-Heart to ensure more students have a chance to represent and be involved in different aspects of the Stellar weekend.

FYI: It will be great to seeDawn Marie again. Over the years we saw here like 6+ years in a row, she would jokingly say, “You back again?” Dawn Marie has always been kind to us.

To keep everything running smoothly, 9 other choir members will wait until the red carpet festivities are complete. At that point, Alphaeus will switch out 3 students as part of the rotation.

The 9 students who are not participating in the red carpet or camera seat rotation will already have their tickets in advance, as the school has already purchased their seats. Additionally, the school has purchased tickets for a few more choir members, and they will sit together in a designated section.

Alphaeus (or I) will serve as the publicist to help manage transitions and ensure the evening flows smoothly. If we come at the beginning of the red carpet, there should be plenty of downtime to make this happen as in years past.
