SpiritFest 2026 Partnership Agreement

Alphaeus Anderson & Pure-N-Heart & Friends

Thank you for the opportunity to once again be a part of SpiritFest 2026. We are honored to contribute to this year's vision of "One Sound. One Spirit. One Community." We look forward to partnering with SpiritFest to deliver an unforgettable experience that unites generations, strengthens community, and advances the Gospel through worship and outreach.

The following outlines the proposed terms of our partnership.

Investment

• Total Investment: $6,000
• A $3,000 non-refundable deposit is due upon acceptance of this agreement to begin planning, coordination, rehearsals, and promotional efforts.
• Deposit checks should be made payable to Music2ChangeU.

Performance

• Pure-N-Heart & Friends will serve as the official opening presentation of SpiritFest 2026 at approximately 5:00 PM, launching the festival with a high-energy worship experience featuring youth, collegiate Gospel choirs, and special guests.

Reserved Seating

• SpiritFest agrees to provide Alphaeus Anderson & Pure-N-Heart & Friends reserved seating following their performance, equivalent to the traditional reserved seating location provided in previous SpiritFest events.
• Reserved seating should accommodate approximately 200–260 participants, or a mutually agreed-upon comparable location if venue configuration requires adjustments.

Ticketing

• SpiritFest agrees to make available discounted General Admission tickets (while supplies last) for participants associated with Pure-N-Heart & Friends and approved guests participating in the initiative.

James 1:27 Widow Project

• Alphaeus Anderson & Pure-N-Heart & Friends will be solely responsible for securing sponsors to provide discounted General Admission tickets for 50 widows and one guest each as part of this community give-back initiative.
• SpiritFest's support of this initiative includes:
• Recognition of the James 1:27 Widow Project during the event.
• An on-screen graphic displayed on the main video screens during the recognition moment.
• Consideration for one participating widow to receive a backstage tour experience.

Special Recognition

• Should they be in attendance, SpiritFest agrees to recognize the wife of the late Senator Clementa C. Pinckney or a representative from Emanuel AME Church (Charleston, South Carolina) during the James 1:27 Project recognition.

Partnership Commitment

Both parties acknowledge a shared commitment to excellence and to creating an experience that reflects the SpiritFest mission. Alphaeus Anderson & Pure-N-Heart & Friends will work collaboratively with SpiritFest leadership to ensure these initiatives are professionally executed and aligned with the overall festival production.
