Phase 1 Part 1: Pre-Production, Structure & Songwriting
This initial phase establishes the "blueprint" for a commercially viable song. We will refine the song structure, set the optimal tempo/key, and map out musical breaks to ensure the song is "ministry-ready" for congregational use. I will provide a full harmonic arrangement, suggesting exactly where background vocals and instrumental transitions should occur.
- Terms: Any lyric or melodic contributions adopted during this phase will be documented on a standard split sheet for publishing credit.

Session Summary - Frieday , February 13
On Friday, February 13, Alphaeus led a discovery session to confirm the key options for the song and discuss the overall spirit and potential creative directions the music could take.
During the conversation, the clients expressed a desire to entertain a youth-focused approach suggested by Alphaeus. This direction will involve recording children and youth singers to match the intended tone and audience of the song.
Next Steps
Alphaeus will prepare sample sequence options reflecting the agreed stylistic directions.
Once the clients select their preferred style, Alphaeus will proceed with creating the official arrangement. This arrangement will be provided to the clients for rehearsal and will serve as the final production track that the youth singers will record on March 11.- To maintain the project timeline, it is important to secure payment so production can begin for Part 2 of phase 1. This phase will also include collaboration with Destiny to incorporate specific sounds and musical elements she would like reflected in the track. Suggested date is March 10th at 3pm or March 11th at 12pm
Phase 1 Part 2: Collaborative Production & Educational Integration
I’ll take what we locked in during Part 1 and build out the full musical foundation from there. This phase is where the record really starts to come alive. I’ll be creating the track using a professional blend of live instrumentation and virtual sounds, including AI tools where they genuinely enhance the sound, always with a modern, high-quality finish in mind.
I also want this to feel collaborative, not one-sided. As we work, I’ll show Destiny how to bring her own DAW sounds into the process so her creative fingerprints are clearly part of the production. My role is to guide that process and make sure everything stays cohesive and industry-ready. Final creative and technical calls will be decided from my professional perspective.
By the end of this phase, you’ll have a complete instrumental track, not yet mixed, but fully ready for vocal sessions. I’ll also be available for ongoing support as needed, walking you through each step so nothing feels confusing or rushed as we move forward together.

Project Summary and Production Update March 12, 2026
On Wednesday, March 10, we successfully finalized the overall song layout and creative direction. During this session, we decided to incorporate a rap section, including an additional Part B to expand the rap that was presented. We also agreed to use a two part harmony structure for the vocal arrangement. Destiny chose not to bring the keyboard for this session as we focused primarily on structure and vocal direction.
On March 11, we held the youth recording session at Celebration, where we recorded approximately 22 kids. During the session we captured four stacked vocal passes, including the two part harmonies as well as group cheers to add energy and excitement to the track.
The next recording session is scheduled for Monday, March 16 at 3:30 PM at Rise GVL, where we will record Dad, Mom, Son, and Daughter to complete the family vocal elements of the song. We chose to move this session to Rise GVL in order to expose the client to a professional recording studio environment while also ensuring we stay on schedule to meet the project deadline.
After this phase is complete, we will move into the mixing phase in order to meet the project timeline. Mixing may take up to 10 business days. Once mixing is completed, we will deliver the final mastered version of the song, prepared for distribution on digital streaming platforms (DSPs).
Phase 3: Radio Mix, Master & Asset Delivery
The final stage provides the "commercial polish" required for radio and global streaming distribution. I will provide a professional mix and master of the track to ensure it meets industry loudness and clarity standards. Upon completion, you will receive the Final Master, the Full Instrumental, the Stems (individual tracks), and a Performance Track (BGVs only) for live ministry use.

Hallelujah He's Worthy
The sample for Option 1 leans more guitar-forward in its overall feel and texture.
If you decide to move in this direction, I will produce and program the full song to stay consistent with that same musical spirit and energy. While the core chords you provided will remain intact, I will enhance the arrangement by adding musical transitions—especially between the verse and chorus—to create smoother movement and a more dynamic flow throughout the song.
The sample for Option 2 features more synth elements carrying the primary groove and overall sonic texture of the track.
This direction also opens the door for incorporating light rap or rhythmic spoken elements if you would like to explore that vibe within the song.As with Option 1, the core chords you provided will remain the same.
I will shape the arrangement with added musical transitions—particularly between the verse and chorus—to ensure smooth movement and a cohesive, modern flow throughout the track. The sample for Option 3 carries a bright, playful character reminiscent of classic Disney-style music.
This approach highlights melodic and orchestral elements that enhance the naturally predictable chord structure, giving the song a cheerful, story-driven feel that is especially kid-friendly.As with the other options, the core chords you provided will remain unchanged.
I will enrich the arrangement with musical transitions—particularly between the verse and chorus—to create smooth phrasing and an engaging, animated flow throughout the track.Note:
This production approach is also cost-efficient, as much of the instrumentation can be created and layered in-studio, reducing the need to hire multiple live instrumentalists. I’ll be building the track using a professional blend of live instrumentation and high-quality virtual sounds—including AI-assisted tools where they genuinely enhance the sound—always with a modern, polished finish in mind.
